| The Planning Board is comprised of 9 members (3 ex-officio and 6 regular) and 3 alternates. Regular meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month in the City Hall Auditorium located on the 3rd floor. Only 1 meeting is held in January, July, August, September and December, which are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month. The Planning Staff is available before the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. to answer questions.
