Business and Industrial Development Authority
The purpose of the Business and Industrial Development Authority (BIDA) is to foster business and industrial development by acquiring, developing, expanding, leasing and conveying suitable properties in order to create employment, prevent unemployment, expand the tax base, and encourage the continued growth and prosperity of the City of Nashua.
The BIDA is comprised of nine members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board of Aldermen. The members serve for three years terms without compensation. Current members include:
